SWFL Women in Construction is a community dedicated to empowering women in the construction industry across Southwest Florida. From Cape Coral and Fort Myers to Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, we connect professionals, share resources, and open doors to new opportunities.
Our members include contractors, designers, project managers, installers, and women-owned business leaders. Together, we support growth, exchange referrals, and build strong relationships that drive success in both commercial and residential construction.
